Bookkeeper / Administration
We are currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with Administration experience to assist us on a permanent casual basis working from our office. We are a family owned Real Estate / Property Development business located in Derrimut Vic. To be successful in this role you must have experience using MYOB.
Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Payroll
- Debt collection / invoicing
- Bank Reconciliations
- Ensuring rentals are paid up to date
- Filing
- Reconciling inter-company loan accounts
- Answering Phones
- Data Entry
- General administration
- Producing reports as required
- Excel spreadsheets
To be a successful applicant you will require the following:
- MYOB experience min 2 years
- Payroll experience
- Advanced excel preferred but not essential
- Ability to work on multiple company files & associated bank accounts
- Understand the difference between Revenue and Capital for Property Development
- Work under pressure and time lines
- Able to work in a small office environment
- Long term commitment required
- Can do attitude & willing to take on new tasks
