Bookkeeper / Administration

We are currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with Administration experience to assist us on a permanent casual basis working from our office. We are a family owned Real Estate / Property Development business located in Derrimut Vic. To be successful in this role you must have experience using MYOB.  

Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 

• Accounts Payable/Receivable
• Payroll
• Debt collection / invoicing
• Bank Reconciliations 
• Ensuring rentals are paid up to date
• Filing
• Reconciling inter-company loan accounts 
• Answering Phones
• Data Entry
• General administration 
• Producing reports as required 
• Excel spreadsheets 

To be a successful applicant you will require the following:

• MYOB experience min 2 years
• Payroll experience
• Advanced excel preferred but not essential
• Ability to work on multiple company files & associated bank accounts
• Understand the difference between Revenue and Capital for Property Development
• Work under pressure and time lines
• Able to work in a small office environment
• Long term commitment required
• Can do attitude & willing to take on new tasks
