The ideal applicant will

  • Have a track record of providing exceptional end-to-end customer service
  • Have a proven ability to build strong client relationships, achieve and exceed set targets
  • Demonstrate the ability to provide valuable advice to clients on both the buy and sell side
  • Possess developed negotiation skills, empathy and understand the importance of confidentiality in all dealings
  • An understanding of both local and national Real Estate markets
  • Have knowledge of effective marketing strategies relevant to the industry

About You

  • Hold a current NSW Real Estate License
  • Own a presentable, reliable vehicle
  • First class customer service and communication skills
  • Resilient & hungry to succeed
  • Impeccable professional presentation
  • Strong work ethic 
  • A positive & coachable ‘can do’ attitude
  • A willingness to follow instructions/recommendations
