We are currently looking for an enthusiastic part time Trust Account specialist to join our great Property Management team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all trust money held for each client and each relevant transaction for that client can be accurately accounted for at all times. This is a great role for someone who is happy to take on a challenge and work in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily bank reconciliation/entering of rent for all rental databases;
- Preparation of Daily Direct Debits
- Enter/process of all invoices,
- Issue copy of statements to clients when required;
- One off payments to owners when required;
- Run mid-month and end of month ;
- Change of account numbers when required;
- Set up Tenant Direct Debits
- Tenant refunds;
- Prepare documentation for audits when required;
- Tracking and receipting of unknown payments
- Manage all processing for both Trust Accounts
- Managing all Trust Account needs for Property Management including Mid Month / EOM.
- Daily bank reconciliations & admin assistance with Rent Reviews/Arrears
You MUST possess a minimum of 3 years' + experience in real estate Property Management/Property ManagementTrust Accounting and/or bookkeeping with knowledge of and experience with Property Me or similar. A detailed knowledge of Property Management legislation is critical.
- Real Estate Licence preferred

- Ability to work unsupervised in a challenging environment
This is a part-time role ideally worked 5 hours a day 5 days a week.
