We are looking for a Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our fast paced & dynamic team. Due to our business having multiple sectors that are rapidly growing, we are looking for a candidate that is able to meet challenges head on, be a critical thinker and provide solutions. The role is a Full Time position with competitive remuneration on offer, with an option to become fulltime.
To be considered for this role it is ESSENTIAL that you have -
Previous experience in:
o Xero (must be confident with this program)
o SimPRO experience would be highly regarded but not essential, as full training will be provided
o Payroll
o Accounts reconciliation
o Debt collection
o Reporting to management and accounts
o Banking
Possess the below qualities:
o Self-motivated & highly organised
o Able to work both autonomously and in a team
o Excellent problem-solving skills
o Ability to identify workflow inefficiencies and implement best practice workflows
o Drive to achieve company KPI's & targets
o Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
o Outstanding Customer Service focus
o Flexible & friendly attitude
Accounting qualification is preferred
