Who we are looking for.
We are looking for a leader who thrives in a busy environment. You must be self-driven, organised and take ownership of office functions. Must have sound knowledge of MYOB account right, be confident in all aspects of bookkeeping and have prior HR experience.
We are looking for someone who is a great communicator and can think fast on their feet and isn't afraid to jump into all aspects of the company.
About the role.
This is a permanent part-time position offering 30hrs per week from Monday to Friday 6hrs per day. (Times can be negotiated).
You will be based in our Mornington show room within your own office space.
Your duties include.
- Account payable.
- Accounts receivable.
- Weekly Payroll.
- Preparation of Tax Compliance for multiple company's - BAS , Payroll, PAYG holding.
- Manage super payments.
- Banking & credit card management.
- Account reconciliation across multiple accounts.
- Generating weekly reports.
- Managing company insurance.
- Data entry
- Setup and maintenance of suppliers.
- HR responsibilities including, work cover claims etc.
- Build and measure KPIs to support sales team and manufacturing.
- Occupational health and safety compliance.
- General Administrative duties.
Your Knowledge, Skills and Experience.
- Minimum 3 years bookkeeping experience
- Experienced in MYOB
- Payroll experience
- HR experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and lead a group.
