Boq Estimator

Bluestone is currently partnered with award winning residential builder who have a diverse project range across townhouses, detached homes & some commercial works.

They are currently searching for an experienced BOQ Estimator to join the business.

The Role:

• Develop and deliver BOQ estimates
• Generate and maintain existing BOQs within Databuild
• Produce pricing and accurate contract output descriptions of Standard, Variation and Display options for the product range
• Lead procurement/purchasing in tandem with the GM
• Data analysis

About you:

• 3 + years in a BOQ role in the residential sector
• Strong proficiency with Databuild & framework
• Confident communication skills & ability to be client facing when required
• You want to take more of a role in active procurement within the business
• You enjoy analysis and want to improve how things are done
