Bottling And Production Supervisor

Hentley Farm is a premium winery set among the rolling hills, on the banks of Greenock Creek at Seppeltsfield in the Barossa Valley.

We are seeking a highly motivated person to join our team in the capacity of Bottling and Production Supervisor, tasked with working closely with all members of the production team to produce high quality products that represent the HF brand.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the operation of the bottling line and hand packaging areas, with particular attention to maintaining high levels of safety and quality.
• Co-ordinate preventative maintenance and safety procedures
• Provide technical support for the bottling line
• Execute the Bottling and rework production schedule on time and within expectations
• Maintain dry goods storage and supply to the production areas
• Adhere to Quality Assurance standards in all aspects of operation
• Provide assistance to other members of the winery and Production team as necessary

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 

• Previous experience in a production line & packaging environment
• Ability to maintain a one team approach to working with winery and warehouse teams as well as the broader business areas.
• Management or Leadership by experience and or training.
• A Mechanical Aptitude for problem solving.  
• Demonstrate a care for detail and getting things done right 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Forklift (High Risk Licence) essential 
• Current First Aid Certificate preferred, but not essential
