We have an exciting opportunity for a Branch Administrator to work at our facility based in Sunshine West. What you can expect from the roleYou’ll be the face of the site! You’ll answer telephone calls and greet customers on siteYou’ll provide admin support to the Customer Service and Sales TeamsYou’ll be involved in general administration duties such as routine service scheduling, assisting with invoicing and accounts, processing purchase orders, contract administration , reportingYou’ll also be part of site meetings and support them as neededWhat we are looking forA self-starter with demonstrated experience in an administrative role with good attention to detailA super star administrator with good computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office suiteExceptional customer service along with good time management and communication skillsAn individual contributor with excellent interpersonal skills who thrives in a team settingWell presented, dependable team member who will live by the values of the organizationExperience using an ERP System and knowledge of basic accounting would be advantageousWhat we offer:Bucher Municipal is committed to the health and wellbeing of its people.
