This is an integral role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our administrative processes. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative tasks.

- General administration tasks such as: answering calls, managing shared inboxes, invoicing, ordering stationary, data entry etc
- Coordinate freight travels from various locations by liaising with clients, suppliers and drivers.
- Raising and receipting purchase orders
- Entering data into relevant systems, generating reports, and maintaining accurate records
- Be the right-hand man to the Branch Operations Manager by providing critical operational support
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise responsibilities, and maintain efficient workflows
- Highly developed computer skills with a strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to work autonomously and part of a fast-paced team.
