The Role
Our client is on the lookout for a superstar Branch Administrator to join their high performing team. You will be part of a small, close-knit team, and will be responsible for the following:
- Answer incoming calls for the Customer Service Centre and provide advice regarding products, equipment, and service offering
- Receive requests for service work and allocate and schedule works and keeping the customer informed of the progress of their job
- Process and invoice all completed workshop jobs and complete the month end process
- Compile and complete service reports, quotes for new jobs and timecards
- Provide back up support to the Service Advisors
- Manage the administration of service jobs orders
- Ad-hoc administrative duties
Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you will have the following:
- Relevant experience working in customer service or administrative setting.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to deal with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, previous scheduling experience is advantageous.
- A flexible and adaptive working approach
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong computer literacy and data entry skills
- Experience working with a mobile workforce or in a similar environment is desirable!
