Yokohama-TWS is a global leader in the manufacture and supply of Industrial Tyres worldwide. Nationally we have a network of owned and operated Interfit branches which supply, fit, service and provide regular maintenance of Industrial Tyres to a vast portfolio of customer machinery and fleet equipment.
Currently we are looking for an experienced Administrator who can multi task and think on their feet, be confident in liaising with our customers and capable of providing support to a small team at our Truganina site.
In addition to branch administration you will also support the national leader of the business with the administration of our growing pool of National Accounts.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, confident and very reliable team player. Prior experience of heavy machinery or tyres would be a distinct advantage. A ‘can do’ attitude is a must!!!
Your duties will include but not be limited to
- Dealing with customer enquiries in person, by email and over the phone
- Raising sales orders, invoices and quotes
- Scheduling work activities and deliveries
- Verifying and checking invoices
- General office duties
