You will be sitting in a small, close-knit team, and will be responsible for the following: Provide administrative support to the Customer Service CentreAnswer incoming telephone calls and greet customers face to faceAssist in managing invoicing and accounts and raising and receipting purchase ordersUndertake weekly reporting of Customer Service Centre KPIs and other reporting as directedGeneral reportingProvide back up support to the Service AdvisorRecord meeting minutes as requiredYour ProfileTo be successful in this role, you will have the following: Relevant experience working in customer service or administrative settingAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated ability to deal with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and customersA flexible and adaptive working approachStrong problem solving skillsSolid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in the use of ExcelStrong computer literacy and data entry skillsPrevious experience with ERP systems, Epicor would be advantageousPrevious experience working in a service or workshop environment would be highly regarded Apply Today Keen to learn more about this opportunity?
