Our administrative teams play a critical role in the smooth running of our business. With complex, challenging projects being tackled every day, we need people who are skilled in making sure the right information is available in the right place and at the right time. Joining our local Karratha Team, you will form a vital part of our business & it’s operations by organising, implementing and executing administrative functions within the branch.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Delivering administrative and organizational support to aid the smooth running of projects
- Ensuring information is available in an accurate and timely fashion
- Collecting, maintaining and processing data and documents
- Summarizing information that ensures a focus on key points
- Writing and compiling reports to aid in the strong communication of information
- Facilitate travel request and leave application process for crew members
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Professional level experience in departmental and administrative systems, and MS Office suite
- English, fluent proficiency verbal and written
- Relevant experience in any of the following sectors would be an advantage: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and mining
- Two years of relevant work experience
- High attention to detail
- Prior experience with Office365
- SAP experience desirable
