We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to support our Kalgoorlie operations, on a full time basis. This is an integral role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our administrative processes. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative tasks.

Tasks & Responsibilities
General administration tasks such as: answering calls, managing shared inboxes, invoicing, ordering stationary, data entry etc
Coordinate freight travels from various locations by liaising with clients, suppliers and drivers.
Raising and receipting purchase orders
Entering data into relevant systems, generating reports, and maintaining accurate records
Be the right-hand man to the Branch Operations Manager by providing critical operational support
Skills & Experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise responsibilities, and maintain efficient workflows
Highly developed computer skills with a strong attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to work autonomously and part of a fast-paced team.
