The Role:
Well established and thriving Australian owned and operated business is seeking a Branch Administrator for their Western Australian branch to support the overall functioning of the Malaga based business.
- Permanent, full time role based in the Malaga offices.
- 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
- Reporting to locally based, energetic, hardworking, Regional Manager.
- Action all inbound enquires & requests via phone and email.
- Provide operational support to all branch staff.
- Book workshop repairs.
- Invoicing and stock control of local warehouse.
The Successful Applicant Should Have:
- Extensive administration experience.
- A keen willingness to take ownership of all tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional phone manner and customer service ability.
- Full drivers license and reliable vehicle.
