Branch Manager

We are looking for seasoned, industry experienced personnel to join the management team, with immediate positions available. After training, you'll be based in one of the Sydney branches at Smeaton Grange, Kings Park or Prestons. Eagles

The role and candidate profile:
A well-presented team player, you will have a solid work record, a relevant plumbing industry background and experience in a similar role.
- Working closely with the Branch Sales Manager and leading your Branch team, you will need to be passionate about leading from the front, committed to delivering good customer service, with solid business acumen and with experience from a similar role.
- You will be adept at quickly developing and maintaining strong relationships with supply partners, customers and colleagues alike. No two days will be the same and in your working day you will be liaising with other branches, handling sales enquiries, providing over-the counter customer service and sales support, and assisting with warehouse duties including receipting, order processing, and stock management.
- You will drive the delivery of the results expected of your Branch; you will lead by example in a professional manner and be willing to roll your sleeves up when required to support as needed; committed to new learning and developing the Branch team; whilst ensuring safety is at the forefront of operations.
- A confident phone manner and a proactive approach to supply partner and customer contact and relationships, you will also be self-motivated, well organised, and have good time management skills.
- You’ll be trustworthy, reliable and with a positive ‘Can do’ attitude and with a good level of confident computer ability – Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Prostix or Frameworks would be a significant advantage.
- A current manual drivers licence, and ideally a forklift license.
- Good understanding of current WH&S requirements.
