Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Membership, this role is a full-time Parental Leave cover for a minimum period of 12 months. As Brand and Marketing Team Lead, you will be responsible for executing and optimising the Club’s marketing campaigns to achieve its growth and retention objectives across our members and fans pillar. The scope of the role will include:

• Development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns for internal business units, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders to develop and validate customer value propositions
• Utilisation of consumer data to drive targeted campaigns, and monitor and report on marketing objectives, KPIs, and costs 
• Collaboration with creative designers to craft innovative campaign concepts
• Coordinating with the creative design team to manage workflow and resources, while maintaining product marketing content in line with brand strategy.

We are seeking a candidate who brings:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related discipline
• 4+ years of Marketing experience highly desirable
• Proven experience working with Salesforce and other Martech products preferred
• Experience delivering effective data driven strategies, CRM and digital marketing campaigns
• Analytical skills and a well-developed understanding of consumer behaviour desirable
• Current or willingness to obtain a National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
