We have an amazing opportunity for a passionate and communications orientated Brand Experience Manager (or a highly proficient Assistant Brand Experience Manager ready for their next step) to join our Old El Paso Brand, Latina Pasta/25 South and Betty Crocker Brands.
This unique role is part of the Brand Experience stream function, where the team are responsible for all end to end consumer focussed communications from BTL (Shopper/Instore) to ATL (Campaigns, Paid Media) and is available due to an internal move. This role reports to the Senior Brand Experience Manager on Old El Paso but works closely with other stakeholders in Marketing and Sales, partnering on the continued growth of the brands within General Mills. At its core, the purpose of this role is to assist in delivering the continued growth and visibility across all Retail Media Channels (Instore/Online)/Shopper Marketing whilst also driving brand presence across all owned channels encompassing Social, Website, E-Commerce. This is a dynamic and fast paced role within marketing where you will be managing multiple projects and stakeholders, and thinking about how to drive reach & awareness for your brands with a strong commercial focus on KPI’s, reporting, and optimisations.

Key focus areas for this role:
- Support the Senior Brand Experience Manager/ Marketing Managers to assist in building comprehensive communication strategies, with a strong focus on Shopper Marketing, NPD Launches in the short/mid/long-term and input to the wider brand planning process.
- Work alongside the Senior Brand Experience Manager to assist in the ideation, development and execution of our activations and customer / in store initiatives
- Develop materials for best-in-class customer engagement & customer reviews
- Team player who finds it easy to work in a fast paced environment, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and manage multiple projects at once.
- Work with relevant regional brand teams occasionally to unlock innovation and assets relevant to the Australian environment.
- Assist the Senior Marketing Leads in developing recommendations, ideas, to deliver growth with retailers.
- Analyse market performance in media across our brand & competitors to make compelling, insights-driven recommendations and propel the brands towards growth
- Budget management, tracking & reporting
What you will bring:
- Passionate marketing expert with strong interest in consumers, and how our brands can attract target audiences to convert and purchase our products.

- Experience with agency & retail media management, strong understanding of the media planning process.

- Ideally 4+ years general brand management style experience, ideally within FMCG or Retail
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business or Commerce
