We are on the look out for an experienced Brand Manager to join our team located in Botany. The Brand Manager assists in developing and executing sound marketing plans and keeping all brands in our portfolio fresh and relevant to their target markets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare brand plans with particular focus on the co-ordination of market and competitor data, SWOT analysis and performance data review
- Develop brand strategy and A&P investment
- Collaboratively develop the mechanics of the brand activity with sales for approval by Manager
- Brief and manage Agencies on specific projects as directed
- Work with the global brand team on specific projects as directed
- Develop external brand reports to brand owners within agreed timelines
- Manage specific project A&P budgets and reconciliations of project spend
- Manage monthly forecasting process for brand activity spend in line with Finance timelines
- Work collaboratively with sales and national account teams to develop practical and effective programs
Your skills and experience:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business or a related field highly regarded
- 5+ years experience in brand management or marketing
- Strong understanding of brand strategy and marketing principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
