Brand Manager - Pharmaceuticals
Salary: $110 + superLocation: Bella vista - 5 days in the office, adhoc days from home.Team: Reporting to the Marketing Manager within a small team of 3 in Marketing.Culture: Flexible, creative, collaborative and tight-knit.- This role will be managing 3-4 brands.
- Understand their mechanisms, benefits, and impact.
- Shape and articulate our brand's vision and mission.
- Translate brand elements into actionable go-to-market plans, orchestrating campaigns that ignite curiosity and drive action
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and dreamers to craft captivating visuals and narratives.
- Monitor competitors, regulatory changes, and therapeutic trends
- Measure campaign performance, assess ROI, and fine-tune our strategies. Data-driven decisions are your secret sauce.
- Devise innovative strategies that propel our brand forward.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager in the pharmaceutical industry or FMCG
- A strategic mind with a dash of creativity.
- Strong analytical skills
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends.
- Degree in marketing or a related field.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines especially TGA.
