Fonz Moto, a sustainable electric two-wheel motorbike/scooter manufacturer is looking for a creative, brand-focussed and results-driven marketer to take the lead on marketing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s overall branding and business objectives.
- Define digital marketing performance metrics for campaigns inclusive of email marketing campaigns, SMS marketing, Paid ads and others where appropriate.
- Continually analyse data and metrics to optimise marketing efforts and achieve maximum ROI.
- Manage selected digital marketing agency to deliver desired performance metrics
- Stay up to date with digital marketing, electric motorbike industry AND Sustainability trends to ensure the brand’s strategy is innovative and effective.

THE ROLE
You will be responsible for the day-to-day marketing activities of the company and the development of marketing strategy for advertising, sales, public relations and partnerships
- Work alongside sales team and digital marketing/creative consultants to manage and execute engaging digital strategy
- Oversee digital channels and website, including create & manage campaigns across channels such as Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, website
- Manage corporate partnerships, events & tradeshows
- Support retail partners for in store merchandising and activations
- Manage & grow social media channels
- Create compelling lifestyle content with partnerships, brand ambassadors and owner community stories
- Manage CX journey for optical brand representation
- Manage & report to marketing budget; prepare monthly performance and insight reports, communicate key insights & recommendations
- Be up to date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and latest technologies in marketing, and make recommendations for innovative strategies and tactics
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years experience in a marketing role
- Bachelor degree in marketing, communications or similar preferred;
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with focus on social media, paid ads and SEO
- Excellent leadership, communication and project management skills
- Experience with briefing, content creation, social media growth and performance
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools
- Car license / motorcycle license highly regarded
- Must have full Australian work rights
