- Oversee inbound stock management processes, ensuring timely receipt of stock into the Distribution Center and accurate processing of purchase orders.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop strategic merchandise plans, including trade and tactical calendars, to inform budgeting decisions.
- Utilize sales forecasting tools to plan sales, gross profit, and stock levels, providing regular reports on missed trade opportunities.
- Optimize e-commerce merchandising strategies to maximize stock return and enhance user experience, leading analytics efforts to drive market share growth.
- Manage inventory requirements for major campaign launches, implementing timely refill/replenishment strategies and identifying opportunities for investment and reduction.
- Proven experience in merchandise management within the fashion or retail industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute merchandise plans.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
