Responsibilities include:

The Marketing Specialist will report to the Marketing Manager and will run results-driven national and local marketing campaigns, cultivate relationships, and immerse themselves in the business centres to understand their unique needs.

• Developing and delivering successful national and local marketing strategies.
• development of Local Area marketing strategy and marketing collateral
• Creating compelling Email and SMS content strategies for optimal customer journeys.
• Media planning and buying
• End to end Campaign management across omnichannel
• Utilizing marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Hootesuite
• Planning and development of ATL and BTL strategy
• Creative development of campaigns for social and display advertising
• Detailed briefing for internal and external stakeholders
• Management of Multiple projects with creative concept development

Required Qualifications and Clearances

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a similar marketing role.
• Experience in marketing, particularly in retail or service sectors.
• Proven track record of delivering successful marketing strategies across various channels
• Radio, Out-of-Home, Signage, Point-of-Sale, and Print.
• Experience in Email and SMS communication strategies and automation principles.
• Budget management skills and the ability to optimize advertising plans over time.
• Ability to meet deadlines, manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively.
• Blue Card (we can apply for one if you don’t have one)
• Driver's license.
