We are a boutique Accounting firm located in Burswood. We are looking for an Part Time Administration Officer.
You will need to have, the right attitude, personality and the ability to work as a team member.

Ideally you will have the following experience and characteristics:

- Ability to meet deadlines and pay close attention to detail

The Role
This role is very hands-on and rewarding. Working with a variety of clients you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Tax return and BAS/IAS collation
- ABN and TFN applications online and changes to registrations
- Maintaining statutory registers for companies
- BGL, incorporation of new companies with ASIC, prepare ASIC and supporting documents including officer and member changes, company and people address changes including registered address and company name change, company deregistration, Dividend statements, annual company reviews
- Trust and Super Fund instructions to Solicitors and accompanying minutes etc
- Creating new client files
- Company extracts, business searches, land title searches
- Business name applications and changes
- Liaising with clients and Australian Taxation Office
- Making appointments and maintaining directors electronic diary
- Collation of Tax Returns and Financial Accounts
- Monitor work group lodgment due dates for tax returns and BAS/IAS
- Prepare invoices
- Register client work-in for work group
- Maintain client data base
- Follow up client correspondence and correspondence sent to other departments ie. ATO
- Prepare mail each day for Director and work group correspondence
