THE OPPORTUNITY
Salary: $36.16 - $39.05 p/h + 11% super
Availability: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday
Time: Wednesday 6am-12pm, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday 9am-3pm Location: Moorabbin campus.
WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.

As a Breakfast Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests start their day on a delightful note by executing our delicious breakfast menu with precision and creativity.
We provide a plated breakfast service and a continental buffet.
Other duties will include but not limited to:
- Food preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping, and cutting ingredients.
- Manage inventory and stock rotation to minimize waste and maximize freshness, breaking down stock, bagging and tagging.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Support the stores personnel when required.
- Participate in food prep & catering for campus open days and special events.
ABOUT YOU
- Hold a Cert III in Commercial Cookery
- Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure and to motivate themselves.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and a ever changing roster.
