We are recruiting for an experienced Breakfast Chef to open our kitchen each morning, prepare our in-house baked goods and manage an a la carte service. Previous experience in a busy cafe-style environment is a must.
Monday - Friday, no dinner service!
The Dame menu is classic, sophisticated, and set up for speed and ease of service. With an organised, structured environment with systems and an established team in place, this position is an exciting opportunity for a chef who enjoys a fast paced kitchen environment.
Are you?
- passionate about hospitality, great food, and working with good people
- experienced in a kitchen role within a fast-paced cafe environment
- possessing an impeccable work ethic and can-do attitude
- an excellent and effective communicator, especially when under pressure
- thorough in your understanding of food safely requirements
- available full time, Monday - Friday for a 40-42 hour roster with 6am starts
