Ground Coolangatta has been in the business for 3years and has been catering the upper level hotel and beach goers. The restaurant is continuously offering a diverse and healthy food that caters a wide variety of healthy food options to the people.
To be considered to this role you must have:
- 2 years minimum experience as a Cafe Cook
- A team player and good work attitude
-Highly organized and efficient
-Can multitask and can handle pressure
Head Chef Role:
- Ensuring the highest level of food quality is delivered to guests in the morning
-Controlling and directing the food preparation process.
-Insuring a well-prepared kitchen that will function at maximum efficiency
-Stock ordering
-Managing staff rosters and hitting labour targets
