About the role
Implement programs for market development and technical positioning of the company portfolio in the field in line with business end user and influencer strategy. Support the Broadacre Specialists with technical information, training, demonstration and complaint resolution support in order to meet or exceed sales goals and reducing liability costs whilst maintaining technical integrity of products in the market.
Main Responsibilities

- On ground development of new markets, initiation and coordination of demonstration programs to support sales and marketing objectives in a defined territory.
- Facilitate the introduction and launch transition of BASF products into the market.
- Support and develop Broadacre Specialists in the state with technical advice, whilst collaborating with colleagues and key customers in other territories, as needed.
- Working with Broadacre Specialists to deliver training activities, market preparation and uptake of innovation products to customers, consultants, key end-users and other key influencers.
