About the Role :- You will be at the heart of our commercial operations, playing a crucial role in the effective management of contractor relationships that are the bedrock of our mining activities. This vital position encompasses:
- Onboarding new contract partners, ensuring seamless integration into our operations.
- Ongoing monitoring and performance evaluation of contractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinating with various departments to verify contractor contributions and align with operational goals.
- Facilitating the offboarding process, ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled and documented.
- Spearhead high impact improvement projects that refine our contractor management processes. Your innovative approach will streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and drive strategic initiatives across the board.
About YouAbout you :- Experience in contractor management or a related field, preferably within the mining or similar heavy industries.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate clearly with contract partners and stakeholders across the end to end value chain.
- Adept at legal compliance and risk management with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Acts respectfully and fairly with all team members, embracing differences and celebrates success within the team.
- Seeks to understand their own strengths and development areas and identifies a variety of learning approaches to continually build capability.
