The Opportunity:
Your main objective will to provide comprehensive Broker Support services to the Director and client base whilst assisting with general administration support and annual leave cover when required.
Working full time hours, your main duties will include:
- Manage and direct email and telephone enquiries.
- Comprehensive use of Mercury Nexus CRM systems.
- Use of lender broker portals.
- Generate and provide Property Reports to clients.
- Collate and verify application supporting documentation.
- Process Cash Deck invitations.
- Order bank valuations.
- Assist in the preparation of loan applications.
- Assist with loan lodgements via Apply On Line (AOL).
- Follow loan enquiry workflow through use of Mercury tasks.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- 5 years previous experience in banking, broking or Broker Support.
- Experience with Connective software and systems is advantageous.
- Experience in the use of Mortgage Broking Customer Relationship Manager databases and lodging loans through Apply On Line (AOL).
- A Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management or similar will be highly regarded.
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- A genuine desire to work as part of a small close-knit team.
- Ability to problem solve on your own and achieve positive outcomes.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
