We seek an experienced Broker Support Assistant to deliver optimum client experience by supporting the end-to-end process and assisting in the overall efficiency and success of our Infinite Finance Services.

About the role
As a key member of our team, reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for;
• Delivering optimum client experience through supporting end-to-end processes from initial client contact to loan settlement;
• Manage the end-to-end IFA Process from Work Order Received to Settlement, including obtaining documents from clients, handling finance applications, securing unconditional finance approvals within specified timeframes, and ensuring timely settlements;
• Collaborate with customers to gather necessary information and supporting documents for loan applications;
• Coordinate the ordering of valuations, including Up Fronts and Low Val Solutions;
• Collaborate with the Broker to maintain the IFA Trail Book, conducting annual reviews and managing product variations;
• Ensure the quality of all finance applications submitted and verify compliance under NCCP, obtain client consent before application lodgement, and correctly store all required documents and information;
• Process MIRs and Conditional Approvals for finance applications submitted by IFAs;
• Provide general administrative support to the Finance Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operation;
• Maintain effective communication with referral partners, lenders, and settlement agents to facilitate the loan application process; and
• Screen and handle phone calls, inquiries, and requests. all statistics, reporting, and paperwork accurately according to the standards specified by Management.
About You
We seek an individual with experience within a brokerage support role, and proven proficiency using the Microsoft suite. They must have advanced customer service and communication skills. They must demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, and proven capability to work autonomously and handle all administrative tasks. Strive to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
