Broker Support/Client Manager

Located in lovely South Perth, this supportive, fun and hard working group, is looking for a Broker Support/Client Manager to join their team.

This is a full time, entry-level position, suited to those keen to learn about banking and the finance industry, with the option to progress into a Broker role after 12 months.

 
Role Requirements:

• Support a high performing team of finance brokers
• Liaising with lenders and clients, booking meetings, and providing updates on applications as well as general account information
• Entering client information into CRM
• Preparing applications for brokers to review 

Experience:

• Customer service experience preferred (eg hospitality, sales, admin)
• Tertiary degree preferred but not essential
• Experience with CRM software 
• Finance/banking/real estate background desirable but not essential
