We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Client Relations & Business Development Manager to join the Apprenticeship Support Australia (ASA) team. In this role, you will supervise, lead and support the Client Relations & Business Development team to secure new clients for ASA, while also ensuring the retention of our existing client base to foster ongoing customer loyalty.
This position is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, located in Osborne Park.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the Client Relations & Business Development team to achieve and exceed targets and KPI’s.
- Develop, implement, and manage structured BD and retention plans to meet set KPI’s.
- Manage, coach, and develop direct reports.
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Build and manage a strong network of clients, leveraging relationships to drive business growth and opportunities.
- Utilise your proven sales abilities to secure new business opportunities.
- Represent ASA at events, functions, expos and career days to showcase our services and expand our network.
About You
To be successful in the role, we are seeking the following:
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role with a track record of delivering on team targets and KPI’s.
- Strong ability to motivate, coach and develop team members.
- A highly organised individual, with the ability to deliver structured BD and retention plans.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on building lasting Client Relationships.
- Proven sales ability, including outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive ability, and excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation).
- Expert knowledge and understanding of the VET Training and Australian Apprenticeship system.
- Excellent networking skills, with the ability to represent ASA at various events, functions, expos and career days.
- Capability to build and retain networks across various stakeholders within the VET sector, including employers, registered training organisations, government bodies, schools and community organisations.
