We're seeking someone with a passion for projects and maintenance, particularly in working with steel. - Proficient in reading and interpreting plans
- Safety-focused with a strict adherence to quality control processes
- Resourceful in managing productivity, timeframes, and job costs effectively

- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve high standards
- Able to issue directives and provide guidance and support to site staff
- Skilled in conflict resolution, mediating disputes between team members or external parties
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Builders Licences & Insurances - preferred
- Carpentry experience - preferred
- Physically fit and willing to work on the tools
- Experience with power tools is essential
- Valid manual Driver's License, White Card, EWP, WSAH, Forklift
- Rigging, Dogging - preferred
- Proficient in using technology such as emails, calendars and project management software etc
- Experience with completing SWMS, JHAs
- Ability to pass a full medical and drug and alcohol test ongoing
- Capable of obtaining a clear police clearance
- Regularly monitor construction progress, swiftly identifying and addressing any issues or delays
- Provide guidance and support to site staff throughout all stages of construction
- Flexibility to travel for infrequent mine site work (remunerated accordingly)
