This role will have you performing various tasks both on-site and in our office.
A successful Site Manager will perform various tasks such as;
- The overall site management and delivery of multiple construction projects.
- Coordination of trades, materials and suppliers in accordance with the plans, specifications, finishes and construction program.
- Management of all aspects of Work, Health and Safety on site with the support of the Appex team.
- Liaising with regulatory bodies, designers and Clients where necessary.
- Performing checks on site to ensure construction in accordance with Regulations and Australian Standards.
- Monitoring and managing labour on site to maintain schedule.
The successful candidate will have;
- High quality communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and planning skills.
- The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen interest to learn and problem-solve daily.
- General computer literacy using the Microsoft suite and internal management systems.
- Multi-residential experience.
Our Site Manager will need;
- A valid driver's license.
- Construction White Card.
- Asbestos Awareness.
- General tools and equipment.
We provide you with a car, phone and laptop plus any additional support required to undertake your role.
