What this opportunity involves. Join a high performing team working across commercial buildings in Waterloo and Sydney. The role will be autonomous, overseeing the day-to-day operations with a strong focus on client relationship management, strategic planning, lifecycle of plant & equipment, project management, capital works and concentrating on the sustainability & economic performance of the assets.
Other priorities will be the health, safety, and security of all visitors and occupants, the implementation of client strategies, preventative maintenance, presentation of the buildings and property management. Contractor management
