Role Description
They are looking for an Administration Assistant to join their busy Building Services Team five days a week in their office in North Narrabeen.
Tasks
Supporting the Building Services Administration team by doing the following:
- Data entry of all Major and Minor modifications and maintenance projects into our systems, including Client Central, and our Project Management platform ‘Ascora’
- Assist in the quote and job management process:
- Create quotes and jobs
- Schedule appointments and jobs for our carpenters and maintenance team
- Close jobs in 'Ascora'
- File and maintain records
- Perform administrative support tasks to assist the team
- Manage referrals in My Aged Care portal
- Call current and potential clients for Home Maintenance and Gardening regarding our services
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least two years’ experience in a similar role
- Clear, confident and empathetic phone manner
- Experience in Ascora CRM an advantage but not essential
- Attention to detail when completing tasks
- Reliable, efficient, and pro-active member of the team
- Ability to assist the team where needed
- Proof of complete Covid-19 vaccination status (At least 3 doses)
