We are looking for an experienced Admin Assistant working within this busy catering business.
Hours are flexible but would average up to 6 hours per day Mon - Fri. You will be available to work from home but will be required to check in to office in person on a daily basis.
Key responsibilities will be:-
- supporting Venue Managers with social media and menu design
- assistance with reporting, data entry, petty cash and marketing
- review and centralising data from various software programmes
Will also assist the day to day office admin which includes data entry of invoices in Xero and reconciliation of multiple venue purchasing.
This role would suit someone who has experience in Xero, Social Media, Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft suite.
