The Role:
Are you looking for an entry level HR role that will allow you to engage and support team members and learn a range of HR functions? If you have strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality customer service, then we have an opportunity for you!
We are looking for a team player who can be the key point of contact for our scheduling platform to ensure that all casual shifts are met each day, building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. You will also analyse trends, troubleshoot issues, and bring a solution-oriented approach to continuously improve how we support casuals and our KU services.
About You:
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive resilient attitude and enjoy liaising with casual staff members
- Strong time management, administrative and organisational skills including the ability to manage competing priorities and maintaining high attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to and pick up new systems quickly
- Confidence with high volume calls; communicating using phone, videoconferencing, and email
- Ability to establish, maintain and enhance positive internal and external relationships
- A resilient and 'can do' attitude
- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively to support services and casual team members
