Currently we are looking for an Administrative Support person to provide essential support to the Administrative functions of the business through our continued expansion.
This is a casual or part-time role.
In this role you will
- Provide administrative support to the business
- Provide support to the technology recruitment function
- Support marketing activities
Admin (primary function)
- Help populate and maintain CRM
- Manipulate and build databases
- Support management correspondence
- Support new staff onboarding
Recruitment (previous experience beneficial but not essential)
- Create Jobs in ATS
- Create Job Ads
- Candidate outreach
- Candidate Screening (Desktop)
- Candidate Screening (phone/video)
- Create Candidate shortlist
- Support implementation
- Create campaigns
- Create content
- Create posts
- Maintain posting schedule
- Updating website
- Have experience in supporting administrative function of a business
- Have excellent attention to detail (Essential)
- Are experienced in customer service roles
- Experienced with Canva (beneficial)
- Have experience in recruitment (beneficial)
- Have experience in creating social media posts for a business (beneficial)
- Are based in Melbourne (Hybrid role)
