Bentleys Newcastle is an Advisory and Accounting firm located in Broadmeadow (Newcastle). We currently have an opportunity for a Full Time Business Administration staff member to join our down to earth, friendly team.
Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Handling client calls and queries in a professional manner
- Updating and uploading data in internal and external databases.
- Collation, lodgement and follow up of financial documentation.
- General administration team support.
The successful applicant will:
- Be genuinely interested in the pursuit of a career in administration.
- Have exceptional customer service and problem solving skills.
- Be deadline driven with established time management skills.
- Be confident in developing positive relationships and building a rapport with clients, staff and business associates.
Preferred qualifications / skills
- Certificate III in Business Administration or similar.
- Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite; primarily Outlook, Word and Excel.
