Westvic Staffing Solutions together with Rendine Constructions are seeking an organised and enthusiastic individual for a Business Traineeship. Position Available: 1 x Business Administration traineeship
Fixed term 12 months full-time 38hrs per week
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Support the office team by answering calls, emails, and handling inquiries.
- Collaborate with various departments for efficient communication and workflow.
- Follow and contribute to administrative procedures and systems.
- Participate in training to enhance Business Administration skills.
- Follow company policies for compliance and a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong Computer skills
