Business Administration Traineeship – Rendine Constructions

Westvic Staffing Solutions together with Rendine Constructions are seeking an organised and enthusiastic individual for a Business Traineeship. This role offers an excellent opportunity to kick start your career in business, gain hands-on experience and develop essential skills in the construction industry.

Position Available: 1 x Business Administration traineeship

Fixed term 12 months full-time 38hrs per week

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
• Support the office team by answering calls, emails, and handling inquiries.
• Collaborate with various departments for efficient communication and workflow.
• Follow and contribute to administrative procedures and systems.
• Participate in training to enhance Business Administration skills.
• Follow company policies for compliance and a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong Computer skills
