Business Administration Traineeship
NECA Education and Careers is in search of a Business Trainee to join an Electrical contractor located in Hillside. We are seeking a highly organised individual to become an integral part of our administrative team. As part of the traineeship, the successful candidate will study a formal qualification whilst working Full time for 12mnths.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the core functions of the position, which include preparing job files, timely invoicing, handling general enquiries and managing stock orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare job files promptly
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing
- Handle general enquiries from clients and team members
- Manage stock orders efficiently
- Implement and oversee quality control measures
- Provide direct support to the Operations Manager
