About the Position
- Provide administrative and reception support, including phone and email communications
- Communicating and liaising effectively with clients, to assist in the professional operation of the area
- Assist with invoicing and accounts payable/receivable enquiries
- General administration such as filing and data entry
- Simultaneously completing a Certificate III in Business
About You
- Well-presented and enthusiastic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Methodical problem solving ability
- Able to work autonomously and proactively
- Seeking career progression and continual willingness to learn
- Mature and opened minded
- Positive and trustworthy
- Recent school leavers are encouraged to apply.
