- Professional Business Administrator role, located in Lismore
SimplyClean Australia - winner of the 2023 NSW Award for Excellence in Small Business, is looking for a new team member, who is skilled and experienced in business administration and use of accounting software; and is also comfortable working in a small business manufacturing and sales operation, where we all muck in.
Key tasks- Customer service & first line support
- Purchasing and purchase admin for raw materials and supplies
- Sales ordering processing & pallet freight bookings
- Managing supplier payments
- Financial & credit card reconciliations for bookkeeper
You will be the face of our brand, for our distributors and major customers, helping them with orders, and providing support by phone, face-to-face, socials and email.
You will coordinate between our factory and suppliers to secure our needs for raw materials and product packaging.
You will work with the factory and warehouse teams, and manage freight, to ensure we can send out orders on time.

We are looking for an upbeat, can-do, outgoing, friendly and competent person (yes, we would love all of that!) to join the admin team. You will have your own areas of responsibility, plus share the general operational administration of our small business.

We created and launched the SimplyClean healthy and earth-safe cleaning brand almost 12 years ago and have an large product range (see www.simplyclean.com.au) that's sold online and through 1000 stockists across Australia.
This job involves- Communicating with customers, suppliers and team colleagues
- Task management, self organisation and being self-driven
- Supporting our key customers with excellent service
- Working with our accounting and materials management softwares
- Processing sales orders and managing freight, working with the warehouse
- Coordinating purchases of raw materials and packaging, working with the production manager and factory
- Maintaining spreadsheets
- General office duties, managing office equipment and administration
- Serving customers in warehouse shop
- Experienced Business Administrator
