About the role and team
The Security ServicesBusiness Administrator is a vital support role within G4S. You will be responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to our security contracts, ensuring smooth operations and efficient service delivery. You will work closely with the General Manager of Security Services (Trevor) and the Operations Manager, as well as interact with clients and suppliers. This role is based in Sydney, with the flexibility to work from home.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing documentation and records
- Coordinating purchasing and stock management
- Supporting invoicing and payroll processes
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding
- Preparing reports and presentations
- Providing general administrative and logistical support
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in an administrative or business support role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
