We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a 6 month initial contract for a hybrid role based on the North side of Brisbane.
The client has recently been negotiating new Enterprise Agreements, and these are expected to be finalised shortly. There are several impacts to HR and Payroll systems as a result of these changes, which have to be documented, built and thoroughly tested prior to being productionised. We require the services of a Senior BA to work with the Project Team to identify impacted business process, document changes and assist with test script development and process documentation to ensure accurate and timely implementation of the new Enterprise Agreements.
Duties of the role
- Support the identification of the required targeted changes through workshops.
- Assist in translating internal business rules to deliver system requirements.
- Coordinate the collection and preparation of data for data migration.
- Support change management, system training and knowledge transfer initiatives across the project.
- Assist with the development of Test Plans and Test Scripts for user acceptance testing, and assist with defect triage.
- Identify and manage risk and issues for the designated work and escalate to the Project Manager as required.
- Engagement with stakeholders and conduct workshops, capture and document business requirements to support the overall solution implementation.
- Develop business processes of varying complexity to support the overall solution implementation.
- Prepare high quality documentation, including (but not limited to) detailed specifications, requirements analysis, requirements traceability, business standards & procedures, testing artefacts and system / process handover documentation.
