About the Role
This full-time, permanent position as a Business Analyst is centered around engaging with clients to understand and document their requirements for new functionalities and implementations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in liaising between clients and the company's central team to ensure the development of necessary requirements and support throughout the implementation process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the planning, scope definition, and objective setting for projects.
- Crafting and managing detailed project schedules and work plans.
- Collaborating with customers and internal teams for insight on future product enhancements.

- You have at least 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Implementation Consultant.

- You possess extensive IT skills, with in-depth experience in business analysis within IT solution development.
- Your communication skills are exceptional, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- You're familiar with project management software, Agile methodologies, and possess a good understanding of SQL.
