As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be flexible, adaptable, and possess strong expertise in project management and facility management services.
The role is based in Melbourne, VIC!
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse bid requirement and scope out client specification to develop pricing and cost estimations.
Collaborate with cross-functional team, including operations, finance and sales to gather relevant data and insights for pricing and cost estimations.
Continuously evaluate and improve pricing and cost estimation process to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Develop and maintain pricing models and cost estimation tools to streamline analysis and facilitate decision making.
Assist in the development of standardised pricing templates and guidelines for use across the organisation.
Participate in cross-functional projects and initiative s to drive business growth and operational excellence.
Ensure the proposals align with bid requirements, meet client specification and comply with organisational standards and best practices.
Support ad-hoc request from senior management.
Skills and Experience:
3-5 years' experience as a business/commercial analyst role
Experience in pricing and cost estimation.
Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power Bi and data analysis tools.
Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, analytical and documentation skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects/streams and conflicting priorities concurrently.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
