Business Analyst

The Role 

We are looking for several BAs at various levels, so this would be ideal for someone looking for a Junior, Mid-Level and Senior BA role or someone from a Dev Background who wants to transition into a BA role. 

The Business Analyst role will see you working with multiple clients, projects, and stakeholders within our Consulting Practice. You will have the opportunity to work with a company that thrives on supporting diversity in the workplace.  

Your responsibilities will likely include the following: 

• Mapping of current and future state business processes (As-Is and To-Be) 
• Evaluate business process requirements gathered from multiple sources, decompose high-level requirements into detailed use; cases/requirements and distinguish user requests from the underlying true business needs; 
• Work with Senior Solution Analysts to ensure a common understanding on business requirements and scope of the work. 
• Use Technical Skills to build Automation Solutions, as part of understanding the business process. 

Skills 

To be considered for the position, you will have experience or have been exposed to the following: 

• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate with clients to determine needs and requirements; 
• Excellent professional presentation skills (written and verbal, formal documentation); 
• Self-motivated, ability to work independently and as part of a team; 
• Highly Regarded:  
• Experience across multiple business units; 
• Consultancy, working with a large number of clients; 
• Knowledge or experience working with Automation or RPA and other similar emerging technologies.
